Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@cultivre.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
