Who is Cultivre?
Cultivre is an independent online home-decor shop. We curate sculptural ceramics, warm lighting, and considered objects for calm, lived-in homes. You can read more on our Our Story page, and reach us through our Contact page.
Where do your products ship from?
We work with a small group of vetted production and fulfillment partners, some of which are located overseas. This lets us offer carefully selected designs at fair prices. Because of this, delivery can take longer than next-day shipping — we'd always rather be upfront about timelines than over-promise.
How long does delivery take?
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of world: 15–30 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, contact us within the window described in our Return & Refund Policy and we'll make it right. Items should be unused and in original condition. Email hello@cultivre.com to start a return.
Are your product photos and descriptions accurate?
We describe materials and finishes as accurately as we can. Our pieces are made in production runs rather than one at a time, so slight natural variation in color, glaze, or texture may occur between items — part of their character.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify with a valid SSL certificate, and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
